In-stock orders generally ship within 2 business days and arrive in 5 to 7 business days. Orders of 150+ tiles may require up to 8 weeks to ship. For inventory availability or shipping quotes, please call Customer Service at support@carpetluxmarket.com. For Canadian orders, all custom brokerage charges, duties, and taxes will apply. Carpet Lux Market does not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

IT'S FAST

In-stock orders generally ship within 2 business days and arrive in 5 to 7 business days (depending on your U.S. location; or, 7 to 10 business days for Canada). Carpet Lux Market samples and Carpet Lux Market™ are shipped UPS only.

IT'S CONVENIENT

Carpet Lux Market orders ship in manageably-sized boxes that measure 20” x 20” (51 cm x 51 cm) – think pizza delivery boxes. Each box contains up to 12 Carpet Lux Market carpet tiles and can weigh up to 30 pounds.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Expedited shipping within the U.S. (UPS Second Day and Next Day Air) is available Monday through Friday and requires a signature upon delivery. Orders must be placed before 2:00pm EST to ensure same day shipment. Orders received after 2:00pm EST will ship the next business day. Orders containing cuts require 1 additional business day for processing. If an item on your order is backordered the order will not ship until the product is back in stock. No Saturday expedited deliveries are available.

LARGE ORDERS

Please note that orders of 300 Carpet Lux Market tiles or more are subject to additional shipping charges and different shipping methods (e.g. commercial freight shipping), which helps ensure your order arrives in one shipment.

Returns

Standard Carpet Lux Market return policy

We want you to love your Carpet Lux Market. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns of unused items in original condition with a valid proof of purchase within 30 days of customer receipt. You can log-in to your account or contact Customer Service at support@carpetluxmarket.com to start a return. There are no refunds after 30 days. Outlet Tiles and Samples are final sale.

Returned product must be in original, unused condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping and any subsequent damages from return shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser. A refusal or cancellation of shipment is liable for return and original shipping costs, as well as a 15% restocking fee. Products sold as a set (e.g. Signature Rugs) must be returned as a complete set. Carpet Lux Market cannot accept merchandise purchased through a distributor, retailer, third party, vendor, or their returns. Please contact them directly. Carpet Lux Market outlet tiles are non-refundable. Samples and gift cards cannot be returned for a refund. All Carpet Lux Market custom-cut orders are final and cutting fees are non-refundable. We do not accept Carpet Lux Market merchandise that has been soiled or damaged. Upon receipt and inspection of return, we will refund the purchase price. No CODs.
