Standard Carpet Lux Market return policy
We want you to love your Carpet Lux Market. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns of unused items in original condition with a valid proof of purchase within 30 days of customer receipt. You can log-in to your account or contact Customer Service at support@carpetluxmarket.com to start a return. There are no refunds after 30 days. Outlet Tiles and Samples are final sale.
Returned product must be in original, unused condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping and any subsequent damages from return shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser. A refusal or cancellation of shipment is liable for return and original shipping costs, as well as a 15% restocking fee. Products sold as a set (e.g. Signature Rugs) must be returned as a complete set. Carpet Lux Market cannot accept merchandise purchased through a distributor, retailer, third party, vendor, or their returns. Please contact them directly. Carpet Lux Market outlet tiles are non-refundable. Samples and gift cards cannot be returned for a refund. All Carpet Lux Market custom-cut orders are final and cutting fees are non-refundable. We do not accept Carpet Lux Market merchandise that has been soiled or damaged. Upon receipt and inspection of return, we will refund the purchase price. No CODs.
